Xsport Terms and Conditions – The Complete Membership Guide

By accessing Xsport, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between Xsport and the member. Please read it in full before using the site.

These Terms apply to all users, from new members to VIP members. Xsport reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, though members will be notified of any significant changes in advance.

• Xsport provides services exclusively to individuals who are of legal age (18+).
• Citizens of restricted countries or regions are not permitted to use Xsport.
• One account per person for personal use only — use for commercial purposes is prohibited.
• Any misuse of the platform may result in account closure.

To register with Xsport, you must provide accurate and truthful information. Accounts created with false or incorrect details may be terminated at any time and the balance may be forfeited.

KYC Verification

Xsport may request KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time in the interest of security. This is mandatory for large withdrawal amounts in particular.

All payment transactions on Xsport are processed through secure, encrypted channels. Payments from third-party accounts are not accepted — deposits and withdrawals must be made using the same account.

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit: ৳100
• Maximum daily deposit: determined by membership tier
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 1–5 minutes
• Accepted methods: Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, Bank Transfer, Visa/Mastercard

Withdrawal Policy

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal
• Standard withdrawals: 5–30 minutes; VIP: within 5 minutes
• Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days

Once a bet is confirmed on Xsport, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Please review all details carefully before placing your bet.

General Betting Rules

• Minimum bet: ৳10
• Maximum bet: determined by member tier and match type
• A single bet slip can contain a maximum of 12 selections
• A maximum of 8 selections is allowed per system bet

If a match is cancelled or has no result

If an event does not start within 36 hours of the scheduled time, the bet will be voided and the stake will be refunded. If a match is abandoned after it has begun, the following rules apply:

• In cricket, results determined by the Duckworth-Lewis method will be considered valid.
• Bets are generally void if less than 50% of the scheduled overs are played.
• In-play bets may be settled based on the score at the point the match was stopped.

Xsport bonuses are extra benefits for members. However, each bonus comes with specific terms — failure to meet them will result in the bonus being forfeited.

Welcome Bonus

• New members can receive up to a 200% bonus on their first deposit.
• A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to qualify for a bonus.
• A 20× wager must be completed before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• You have up to 30 days to complete the wagering requirement.

Cashback Offer

Cashback is calculated based on weekly losses. There is no wagering requirement on cashback, but at least one bet must be placed before a direct withdrawal.

Xsport is committed to maintaining a fair platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and balance forfeiture.

• False Identity: Opening an account using a false name, address, or identity.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Arbitrage Betting: Placing opposing bets across multiple platforms to guarantee a profit.
• Bonus Abuse: Using false information or coordinated methods to claim bonuses.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for money laundering.
• Match Fixing: Placing a bet with prior knowledge that a match result has been fixed.
• Hacking or Scripting: Using bots or automated software to place bets.

Xsport may suspend or permanently close an account under the circumstances listed below. Members may also request to close their own account at any time.

Account Closure by Xsport

• If evidence of a terms violation is found
• In cases of suspected fraud or illegal activity
• If KYC verification is not completed or incorrect information is provided
• By court order or government directive

Account Closure by Member

Members can request account closure at any time by emailing support@xsport.biz or reaching out via live chat. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account.

Xsport believes that betting is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. That's why Xsport provides a range of responsible betting tools, all free of charge.

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Loss Limit: Betting will automatically stop once a specified loss limit is reached.
• Session Limit: Daily play time is subject to a set limit.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break from your account for a set period.
• Reality Check: Pop-up reminders will be shown at regular intervals.
